The team
James is a former British motorcycle racer, and he successfully raced in MotoGP, as well as the British and World Superbike Championships, from the early 90s until his retirement in 2008.
Since then James has been able to divide his time equally between his two passions. He has become a cornerstone of the Eurosport commentary and punditry team that cover all aspects of both the World and British Superbike Championships, and has hosted ITV's British Superbike Championship show for the last decade.
In parallel his strong passion for property has blossomed and he now works alongside each of the specially selected Berkhamsted Developments partners to define and deliver innovative designs that are not only unique to each individual home, but also that best suit their needs, budgets, and the surroundings in which they are located.
Rob is an executive level entrepreneur, with a robust and reliable track record of delivering stellar commercial and operational results across many areas within the building services and real estate industries.
Since co-founding Berkhamsted Developments with James, Rob has played a pivotal role in the phenomenal growth and success of the business to date.
Today, he guides and steers the company’s continual drive to deliver operational excellence and an outstanding and highly personal experience for every single one of their clients, whilst ensuring that collectively they always deliver to the exacting standards that have become widely recognised as the trademark of a Berkhamsted Developments project not just first time, but every time too.
